This Marketing Practices Disclosure (“Disclosure”) describes how Lender Compare Network LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) promotes its loan comparison services through the Lender Compare iOS mobile application (“App”) and related digital channels. It explains our use of advertising, communications, promotional offers, user consent, third-party marketing relationships, and compliance with relevant U.S. laws and regulations. Your use of our App and services constitutes your acceptance of this Disclosure in full.
1. Overview of Marketing Practices
Lender Compare Network LLC engages in a variety of marketing and promotional activities to inform consumers about our loan comparison services and connect them with qualified third-party lenders. These activities may include:
- Email marketing campaigns
- SMS/text message alerts and updates
- In-app push notifications
- Targeted display and search engine advertising
- Affiliate and referral network placements

All marketing messages are designed to provide you with relevant, value-based offers and communications related to short-term personal loans and financial services.

When you use the Lender Compare App or submit a loan inquiry, you may be asked to affirmatively opt in to receive communications from us and/or our marketing partners. This consent may apply to various methods of communication, including but not limited to:

- Text messages/SMS (with express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act)

We will only send communications via SMS or autodialed telephone calls if you have provided your express written consent as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227.
3. CAN-SPAM Compliance
All email marketing sent by or on behalf of Lender Compare Network LLC complies with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Clear identification of the sender and subject line
- A valid physical postal address
- Instructions on how to opt out of future emails
- Immediate and effective processing of opt-out requests
You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link found in the footer of our emails, or by contacting us directly at support@lendercomparenetwork.top.
4. TCPA Compliance
We fully comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable FCC regulations. You will only receive marketing-related text messages or telephone calls from us or our marketing partners if you have provided explicit prior written consent through a clear and conspicuous opt-in mechanism. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying “STOP” to SMS messages or by contacting us directly.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan. We are not responsible for any fees incurred by your mobile provider in connection with our communications.
5. Mobile Push Notifications
The Lender Compare App may send push notifications to your mobile device to inform you of loan matches, updates to your application status, or promotional offers. These notifications are controlled by your device settings. You may opt out at any time by disabling push notifications for the App in your phone’s system settings.
6. Third-Party Advertisers and Affiliates
We may work with affiliate networks, ad platforms, publishers, and third-party marketers to promote our App and services. These partners may use cookies, tracking pixels, device IDs, or browser fingerprinting to display relevant ads based on your activity or interactions with our App and website.
These third-party entities operate under their own privacy and marketing policies. We do not control or endorse the practices of our affiliates or external websites. You should review the privacy and data policies of any third-party websites or services you engage with as a result of our marketing efforts.
7. Lead Generation and Data Sharing
When you submit your personal information through our App, you may be matched with one or more Lending Partners or marketing affiliates who offer services related to your inquiry. By submitting your information, you give us permission to share your information with:
- Licensed third-party lenders
- Loan servicers and processors
- Financial marketers or lead generation partners
- Credit decisioning and identity verification providers
We may receive compensation from third-party entities for referring you or your information to them. However, such compensation has no bearing on the presentation or quality of services you are offered through the App.
8. Targeted Advertising and Behavioral Tracking
We may engage in interest-based or behavioral advertising, where user data such as cookies, geolocation, device type, browsing activity, or usage patterns is collected and used to deliver more relevant ads and offers. Such practices may be implemented directly by us or through advertising networks and platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), or programmatic exchanges.
You can typically opt out of targeted advertising through industry resources such as:
- Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) Opt-Out
- Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) Opt-Out

9. Accuracy of Promotional Information
While we strive to ensure accuracy in all marketing communications, including advertised loan amounts, APRs, terms, or eligibility criteria, we make no guarantees that such content will reflect real-time loan offers or outcomes. All loan decisions and final terms are made by third-party lenders after reviewing your application and creditworthiness.
Promotional content is illustrative and may not represent actual or available loan products. Rates, terms, and conditions may change without notice. You are encouraged to review all loan disclosures carefully before accepting any offer.
10. Opt-Out Rights
You have the right to opt out of marketing communications at any time. The methods available include:
- Unsubscribing via the link in an email
- Replying “STOP” to SMS messages
- Disabling push notifications in your mobile settings
- Emailing us directly at support@lendercomparenetwork.top with your request
Please note that even after opting out of marketing messages, we may still send you transactional or administrative communications, such as confirmations, legal notices, or updates regarding your account or application.
