This Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) applies to your use of the Lender Compare iOS mobile application (“App”) operated by Lender Compare Network LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to the terms set forth in this Disclaimer, in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Disclaimer, you should immediately discontinue use of the App.

1. No Lender or Loan Provider

Lender Compare Network LLC is not a lender, loan broker, financial advisor, credit repair organization, or credit reporting agency. We do not originate loans, make credit decisions, or issue any credit products. We do not offer loans or extend credit directly to consumers. Instead, our App provides a free referral service that allows users to compare potential loan options from a network of independent, third-party lenders (“Lending Partners”). Any and all financial products offered to you are provided exclusively by those Lending Partners, not by Lender Compare Network LLC.

2. No Guarantee of Loan Approval or Specific Terms

Submitting a loan inquiry or using our App does not guarantee that you will be connected with a lender, receive loan offers, or be approved for a loan. Loan eligibility, approval, and terms (including loan amounts, interest rates, fees, and repayment schedules) are determined solely by the Lending Partners, based on their independent underwriting criteria, your credit profile, applicable state laws, and other factors.

We make no representations or warranties regarding your ability to qualify for a loan, the amount you may qualify for, or the terms you may be offered. Loan decisions are made solely at the discretion of the Lending Partners and are beyond the control of Lender Compare Network LLC.

3. Loan Terms Vary by Lender and State

Loan availability, rates, fees, and terms may vary significantly between lenders and may also be restricted by state laws and regulations. Not all states or lenders are eligible for loan options offered through the App. It is your responsibility to read and understand all applicable disclosures and legal documentation provided by the lender before accepting a loan offer. Always verify your eligibility and ensure that the terms meet your financial needs and repayment capabilities.

4. We Are Not Responsible for Lender Conduct or Agreements

Lender Compare Network LLC is not a party to any agreements or transactions between you and any third-party lender or financial institution. We do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the products, services, or practices of any lender. Any disputes regarding a loan or financial arrangement must be resolved directly between you and the lender.

You agree that we are not liable for any damages or losses of any kind arising out of your relationship with any lender or from your use of or reliance on any information obtained through the App.

5. Informational Purposes Only

All content provided in the App, including loan comparisons, financial calculators, rates, blogs, articles, tools, and FAQs, is intended for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial advice, legal advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any other kind of professional counsel. You should consult with a qualified professional before making any financial decisions or entering into any loan agreement.

6. Credit Checks and Reporting

Lenders and their partners may perform credit checks, which may include both soft inquiries (which do not affect your credit score) and hard inquiries (which may affect your credit score). The type of inquiry conducted is determined by the lender and will typically be disclosed in their terms and agreements. Lender Compare does not perform credit checks itself but may share your application data with partners who do. You acknowledge and accept any potential impacts on your credit report.

8. No Endorsement of Third-Party Content

Mention of any specific lender, financial product, rate, or offer in our App does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Lender Compare Network LLC. We provide access to multiple third-party lenders to help users evaluate and compare options, but the final decision to engage with any particular party rests solely with the user.

The information provided in the App does not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. Laws regarding lending, consumer credit, and privacy vary by state and may change over time. LENDER COMPARE NETWORK LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE APP, THE CONTENT, OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
